Refund policy

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% happy with your products, contact us within 14 days and we will refund your money.  Products will need to be returned to us at buyers expense, prior to refund being processed.  Leaf Jars will not provide refunds where the live plants have died due to not being set up as per our care instructions.

Damage in Transit 

If your products arrive damaged, please contact us within 24hrs to discuss.  Leaf Jars will not provide refunds for products damaged in transit, however, we will be happy to assist with making a claim through the courier carrier. Leaf Jars will not accept responsibility for live plants that arrive dead.  All live plant purchases are shipped at buyers risk.
