I'm Trish, ex-classic plant killer, passionate gift giver, lover of styling with greenery & the person behind the Leaf Jars concept & brand.

After discovering that it was possible to keep my indoor plants alive, I set out to learn as much as I could about plant care. I soon discovered the joy of growing mini-plants in water. No more messy soil, pesky fungus gnats or the stress of trying to figure out how much to water my indoor plants!

At first I had recycled jars filled with mini hydro plants strewn all around the house, but I wasn't happy with the aesthetic. From here the idea for Leaf Jars was born! What resulted was the perfect mini hydro plant jar that was both functional & aesthetically beautiful! I wanted other "classic plant killers", like me, to find the joy in growing, styling with & gifting mini hydro plants.
