As a nurse, I’ve had the privilege of caring for and supporting people with disabilities. What I’ve seen over and over is that many have so much to give, but meaningful job opportunities that let them reach their full potential can be hard to find. My heart is to change that — and grow Leaf Jars into a business that can create those opportunities.

We’re not there yet, but every step counts. Every Leaf Jar you gift, every workshop you attend, doesn’t just bring joy to the recipient — it helps us move closer to our goal of providing meaningful employment for people who deserve it.
